Behind the Lens with Lisa
Hello! I’m Lisa, Founder and Creative Director of Lisa Strusowski Studio.
Based in the Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., & Greater Philadelphia region, and traveling worldwide, I create editorial-inspired photography, videography, and design that feel modern, authentic, and timeless. My work spans people, brands, destinations, events, cuisine, and everyday moments, including the occasional four-legged friend.
I’m also the Founding Editor-in-Chief and Publisher of Lisa Strusowski Studio Magazine, a visual publication centered on Modern Stories | Authentic Style | Timeless Experiences, featuring destinations, cuisine, lifestyle, and events through thoughtful storytelling and creative direction.
With over 25 years of experience, I’ve led creative vision, design, and production across photography, video, brand strategy, content design, and event design. My portfolio includes corporate, nonprofit, social, and community events (from galas and fundraisers to conferences and retreats) each grounded in a commitment to connection, storytelling, and elevated experiences.
I’m inspired by real places, meaningful gatherings, and the small details that bring experiences to life, whether documenting a destination, creatively directing an event, or capturing moments near and far.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll often find me planning creative projects, collaborating with clients and community partners, or exploring new places with my family.
