Lisa Strusowski

As the Founder and Creative Director of Lisa Strusowski Studio, I bring more than 25 years of creative leadership across brands, destinations + travel, cuisine, lifestyle, and events.

My approach to experience design began in 1998 when my husband and I co-designed our own luxury destination wedding on the island of Saint Lucia. Working alongside local planners and creatives to create a celebration rooted in place, culture, and atmosphere became an early lesson in the power of intentional design. From light and texture to environment and emotion, I discovered how thoughtful details shape the way people experience and remember a moment.

That perspective evolved into a career directing and producing corporate, nonprofit, and community experiences and events, including galas, fundraisers, conferences, executive retreats, speaker events, and other special productions. Along the way, I developed a multidisciplinary creative practice spanning creative direction, commercial and editorial photography, cinematic film, event design, and visual storytelling always with an emphasis on connection, atmosphere, and meaningful experiences.

INSPIRED BY PLACE, PEOPLE + CULTURE

Travel remains one of my greatest sources of creative inspiration. Exploring new places with my family through local cuisine, markets, traditions, architecture, and community culture continually expands the way I see and interpret the world.

These experiences have deepened my appreciation for authenticity, cultural connection, distinctive environments, and the details that make a place or experience memorable. They continue to influence how I approach every story I create.
